Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

First time customer orders will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used for security reasons. 

  • Orders with multiple items may be shipped in multiple packages.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Box without the street address.

  • Orders to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses are accepted with Standard delivery (Express delivery is not available). Shipping charge is the same as the Domestic Ground shipping rate.

  • If you have not received your order within 14 days of the shipment date, please contact us immediately. 

  • Merchandise shown on the website may not be available in all sizes or colors, as item availability can change.

  • If an ordered item is not available, you will be notified by email.

Return & Exchange Policy

Claybourne’s is a mens haberdashery that handles hard-to-find items. Our clothes are made with an artisanal approach. We appreciate the love, care, skill, and work ethic our manufacturers pour into their garments. We want to handle their fine products in responsible ways – and we ask that you respect these items if you want to return them.

 

Please consider the following return instructions:

  1. Products should be in their original condition you received them.

  2. Please return items within 45 days of purchase.

  3. Please return items the same way they were shipped with you—in the original box.

  4. Garments must be unworn in order to be returned or exchanged.

  5. Formal wear cannot be returned.

  6. Shoes cannot be returned with scuffed soles or creased.

  7. The original receipt must be included with all returns.

  8. Please ship by carrier of your choice and pay the return postage when sending the return item(s). Customers are responsible for shipping the return items. Claybourne's will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage incurred on return shipments.

  9. We will email you when we refund your order.
